- 1+ year kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Food handler certification (or ability to obtain)
- Team-oriented attitude and reliability
Guest Experience Associate
Be the face of Costa Vida! Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure every visit is a memorable, positive experience that reflects our coastal-inspired brand.
- Customer service experience a plus
- Strong communication skills

- Availability on weekends and evenings
Shift Supervisor
Lead a team of passionate crew members, oversee daily operations during your shift, and maintain Costa Vida's high standards of food quality and guest service.
- 2+ years restaurant experience required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- ServSafe certification a plus
Catering Coordinator
Coordinate and execute catering orders for corporate events, parties, and private gatherings across United States. Build lasting relationships with clients who love great food.
- Event or catering coordination experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Proficiency with basic office software
Prep Cook
Support our kitchen team by prepping fresh ingredients daily. Help us maintain the highest standards of freshness and quality that define the Costa Vida experience.
- No experience required — we'll train you
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Enthusiastic about fresh, quality food
Restaurant Manager
Oversee all restaurant operations, lead a team of 15–25 employees, and drive the guest experience, food quality, and financial performance at our Fort Worth location.
- 3+ years restaurant management experience
- Proven track record with team leadership
- P&L management experience preferred
- ServSafe Manager certification required
